Holy Rosary

Holy Rosary is the original Manor house of the property and dates back to the early 1800s. It is available for both facility rentals or programs run by our team. Today it can hold a small retreat group of about 24 overnight. It is also great for day programs.

Looking for a program for your confirmation class, youth group, team, etc… We are happy to help you in planning a program to meet your specific needs.

Below is a list of sleeping spaces in Holy Rosary, it has a private Kitchen so you have the option of preparing your own meals for your group.

Our Facility

Fireplace Room

One of many large gathering spaces in the house, the fireplace room comes with soft, cushy seating for 12 and…a fireplace! It’s great for group work, and relaxing with family and friends.

Fireplace Sideroom

A sitting room for four off of the fireplace room.

Living Room

Couches, arm chairs, cable TV, a DVD player, and board games are all part of our living room in the Rosary, but you add the warmth, company, and laughter. Seating for 12, with room for more if necessary.

Game Room

This room has it all…couches, a high table, stand alone chairs and ottomans, and plenty of standing room. Although it seats 15, with the ping pong table, the board games, an Xbox One, there is plenty to do and plenty of standing room. There is also access to the outdoor deck and firepit area from the game room.

Dining Room

For this large of a house, you’ll need a lot of seats around the table. The dining room has space for 20 at the table; it’s also good for meetings or debriefing an activity.

Kitchen

The gathering place in every house is the kitchen! The Rosary kitchen has a table for 8, plus a raised window area with seating for 2, and a long counter with 4 high chairs. It’s a fully-equipped kitchen, with baking and cooking pots, pans, and containers, plus plenty of cabinet space. There is a refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen, as well as an additional refrigerator/freezer unit in the laundry room next door. A coffee maker, toaster, microwave, plus a gas oven and 4-burner stove fill out the kitchen equipment.

Laundry Room

A washer, dryer, and utility sink are in the backroom off of the kitchen, as well as a second refrigerator/freezer. There is also a side entrance into the house outside of the laundry room.

1st Floor Bathroom

There is a half bath located on the first floor, outside of the fireplace side room and the laundry room.

Bedroom 1

3 single beds and 2 armchairs provide a place to sleep, read, relax, or socialize.

Bedroom 2

A full bed offers space for those that need it, or it’s perfect for a couple or small family.

Bedroom 3

3 single beds, an armchair, and a desk for those with work to be done.

Bedroom 4

Room 4 has 4 single beds, plus a smattering of chairs to sit in, and it is joined to both the main hallway and to room 5 with a side door.

Bedroom 5

This very spacious room comes with a sitting area of 1 loveseat and 2 armchairs, plus a full bed and 2 single beds. It also can connect to room 6 through a closet if desired.
